On 28th Sep. 2011, the National Day Reception was hold in South LakeHotel. Zhang Dasong, the Deputy General Secretary of Jilin Province and Zhang Yanfeng, the Director of Foreign Experts Bureau of Jilin Province attend the banquet. The Vice-President of NENU, Professor Zhang Shaojie, the staffs of International Exchange and Cooperation Division, four foreign experts were invited to attend the banquet. The Japanese foreign experts won the Changbai Friendship Awards, Iriana, John Rutledge, and Juan won the Excellent Foreign Experts Awards.
